As a continuation of the development of the “Serdika” Residence in Bankya, we acquired a neighbouring building with which we share a common fence. With this step, we turned the Residence into the largest structure in Bulgaria providing care for the elderly and patients with dementia, with a bed base for over 300 people,
25 acres of yard area with walking paths, a lake and separate recreation areas. The rooms and common areas are completely renovated with a unique and sophisticated taste, providing a European welcome and service to the residents and their loved ones.
