The idea of building a structure, in which the elderly can be served with attention and focus on detail was realized in 2018 with the launch of the “Serdika” Residence, or better known as a nursing home. Here, we put all our energy into providing all the activities required to make our residents feel at ease.
The home for the elderly – “Serdika” Residence, is located in the town of Bankya, nestled in a picturesque natural park and warmly welcomes its residents.
The location is extremely convenient and easily accessible – it is in a close proximity to Sofia.
The combination of rich vegetation and fresh mountain air, combined with the comprehensive services of the luxury home for the elderly, provides an opportunity to get away from the hectic urban environment. You can enjoy beautiful flower gardens, long walkways and benches stretching over 11 acres of yard area at an affordable price.
It is no coincidence that we chose the location of the first home for the elderly from the “Serdika” chain to be in the town of Bankya, famous for its healing mineral springs. Thus, our residents have the opportunity to soak in the healing water of the town.
Delicious food plays an important role for a healthy way of life. Here, it can be prepared by our chefs as well as by the residents themselves. Meals are served in our cosy spacious restaurant seating 120 people.
The “Serdika” Residence or nursing home has its own panoramic site – a terrace with a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. This is a wonderful setting for long friendly conversations.
