As a part of the development of our service, we have built a brand new building to provide high-quality medical and social care combined with luxury rooms for a pleasant stay. The village of Rudartsi is 20 minutes from Sofia, on the southern slope of the Vitosha Mountain, and provides excellent opportunities for living in harmony with nature.
The building was opened in the summer of 2022 and, due to the excellent conditions, it quickly filled up. The selected team, attention to detail, focus on the residents and their individual needs are some of our guiding motives in serving and caring for residents and patients with dementia.
Hospice with an option for long-term bedside care.
The bedridden are faced with the need to adapt to their changed life style, their dependence on others, the loss of previous contacts and their personal space.
The team of professionals at the Hospice and Home for the Elderly – “Serdika Residence” near Sofia, plays an important role in supporting social activities, improving mobility and providing the necessary 24/7 medical care for patients requiring long-term treatment and support.
The application of well-established medical practices and the brand new facilities are a prerequisite for a peaceful stay of the residents, at a reasonable price.
