Residential service – organization of the everyday life through social activities, nursing and sanitary care, as well as relief from daily duties such as paying bills, cooking, shopping, etc.

Dementia service – focus on providing a safe environment, 24/7 supervision in a separate area, activities and engagements for a stable psychological and emotional state, and stimulation of the brain activity.

Area for people with reduced mobility – there are separate areas for residents with reduced mobility requiring bedside medical care in our facilities in Rudartsi and Varna.

Residence for elderly -"Serdika" - Our rooms

In all of our facilities and the separate areas within them, we focus on the various needs of the residents to ensure their daily comfort. All rooms have private bathrooms with WCs, comfortable multifunctional electric beds, wireless internet and cable TV.

Depending on your individual preferences, you may choose between single or double room accommodation. The single rooms have also nice sofas.
